Hot Mamas classes started after my fourth child was born. I needed an outlet and
an opportunity to connect with other women.
Hot Mamas was born from this, and i have to say, besides raising my family it’s the
best thing I’ve done. Teaching this class has truly given me life. I believe all women
need to feel connected and make time for themselves so that they can be the best
mum, wife, partner, they can be. I’ve made lifelong friendships, and we enjoy social
events which add a nice balance to training and daily routine.
My goal is to connect women and help them feel like the best version of themselves. Dance fitness is a fun way to workout. The structure of my classes will ensure that
you are getting a full body workout. I love to add a fitness element to all my classes and include dance based warmups, squat tracks, and ab/arms followed by learning a
dance routine, with (optional) opportunities to perform in our shows.
You will have fun in a non judgmental environment with a bunch of supportive
women on the same journey. Classes are for all shapes, sizes and abilities. You
don’t need to be a dancer or a mama. Come as you are, we would love to have you
